A cuvée of the finest grapes grown in the five parcels on the estate, this monovarietal Cabernet Sauvignon was rewarded with the name of the estate since the wine encapsulates the soul of Salento through the independent and cosmopolitan character of the grape variety. The result is a powerful, taut wine that is both radiant and elegant, like an oblique of cool shade in the heat.
