A POETIC PROJECT

Tenuta Liliana produces a contemporary expression of wines from Salento. As Antonio and Liliana gaze out over the countryside, they are reminded of the essence of their childhood through challenging seasons and bare fields. Their vision, filled with love and enthusiasm, focuses on the generations to come.

“We recognise ourselves in this corner of earth, a land loved but harsh at times, and whose beauty, so deep, surprises us every day. Our project is rooted in this identity, ancient and new at the same time, in that uncompromising self-recognition, and in our desire to gain universal recognition for these values.

Our undertaking is, for us, a poetic project. In our life, our plans have always been partners of our imagination, and this story, which our family have just begun to write, is a synthesis of our philosophy. It represents a challenge, trust and, above all, the desire to achieve rebirth for an area that has always been, and is, our home, our roots and our future.”

Antonio and Liliana Intiglietta and their children, Stefano and Valentina, are assisted by an expert team led by estate manager, agronomist and winemaker Andrea Fattizzo. Tenuta Liliana also relies on wine consultant Carlo Ferrini.
