A cuvée of the finest grapes grown in the five estate vineyard parcels, this monovarietal Cabernet Sauvignon was given the name of the estate, since it interprets the very soul of the Salento through the inimitably independent and cosmopolitan character of its grape variety. The result is a powerful, taut wine, radiant and elegant as a knife-edge of cool shade amidst the heat.
